CSA operates three group residences in Hyannis for adults with brain injuries. These homes provide long term supported living for adults with head injuries and other neurological impairments to maximize the quality of all aspect of their life. We also provide services to adults with brain injuries and other neurological impairments living in their group residences and individual apartments on Cape Cod. Services are provided to consumers on a as-needed basis with only as much supervision and assistance as necessary. After developing a custom, comprehensive plan of care addressing cognitive, functional, rehabilitation and social needs, we help consumers successfully take each step toward greater independence, while providing appropriate levels of quality care for significantly less cost than rehabilitation institutes or long term care facilities
At CSA, we use a flexible blend of services, custom designed to meet the unique needs of adults who live independently, with their families, or in supported living environments. These services can include, but are not limited to financial, organizational,medical,recreational, home care and maintenance, vocational and life skill training. With our comprehensive Needs Assessment, all areas of work. home and social life can be evaluated, and specific recommendations will be offered.
We have the resources and personnel to help adults return to work and lead productive and fulfilling lives.
Our Recreation Program offers the opportunity for participants to plan and participate in staffed, structured activities. Consumers will meet others and work on social skill building while taking part in safe, affordable community activities and contribute to a fun, social group.
